OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE 

- Experience in golf, spa, and leisure operations, preferably in a quality-driven, high-volume environment.
- A strong, hands-on leader who thrives under pressure and can tackle day-to-day operational challenges.
- Skills in financial and budget management, with a keen eye on driving profitability.
- A motivational manager who can develop and inspire a high-performing team.
- Passion about the hospitality industry, with a commitment to delivering outstanding service in a guest-focused environment

IMPLEMENTING OUR ‘YES, WE CAN’ PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL:

- Lead and manage a proactive membership team across golf and leisure, currently serving 2,800+ members – and growing!
- Drive innovation and implement creative strategies to enhance the guest and member experience.
- Develop and execute long-term business plans with a focus on revenue growth, operational efficiency, and exceptional service.
- Oversee financial performance, including budget management and revenue forecasting.
- Collaborate with senior management to shape the future vision of the resort.
