We’re a growing business with a growing team so this is an exciting time to be joining us.  We are looking for an exceptional and experienced People Partner, with a solid HR background and evidence of continuous improvement and successful People Partnering to join our team and help us move forward our People ambition.  The role is a generalist role and supports our ambition of attracting, developing, motivating and retaining the best of talent to The Home of Golf. 

No two days are the same - from different People Projects, to streamlining our policies and procedures through the use of technology, to recruitment & retention, to supporting the growth of our organisation and our People, to facilitating complex ER cases, to supporting our managers to manage their people, you will be able to turn your hand to the different key priorities within the business.  You’ll act as a trusted People Partner to all and the role is a mix of strategy and operational delivery, so you’ll have technical expertise and be used to being fully involved in different aspects of people processes, to support our managers and team. 

In addition to your professional manner, technical experience, attention to detail and experience of providing expert guidance to stakeholders across the business, you’ll also have a positive outlook and be able to evidence your experience of building trusted working relationships, and being an exceptional communicator.

Salary: £53,660 per annum
 
Hours: 35 hours per week
