Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners and accounts.
- Identify and secure new partnership opportunities to expand our network.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve partnership and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with the editorial and marketing teams to create integrated campaigns.
- Monitor and report on the performance of partnerships and accounts.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners.
- Ensure all partnerships align with our brand values and objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management and partnership development.
- Strong knowledge of the golf industry and its key players.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools is a plus.
