Loch Lomond Golf Club - Greenkeepers 

We are currently recruiting for apprentice and full-time greenkeepers within the Golf Course and Estates Department at Loch Lomond Golf Club.

Reporting directly to The Golf Course Management Team, the successful candidates will assist with all aspects of golf course management, maintenance and presentation.

 
Criteria for Greenkeeper role:
- Have a passion for what they do, be motivated, flexible, hardworking and have a positive attitude
- Hold a valid U.K. driving licence
- Under supervision, carry out effective turf maintenance by following established schedules and maintenance programmes
- Collection and interpretation of data
- Scout and identify potential turf problems and provide input for corrective solutions
- With training and supervision, be able calibrate, apply and record fertiliser, pesticide and seed applications
- Learn how to deal with highly challenging conditions and Member expectations
- An understanding of irrigation systems
- With training and supervision, be able to use a wide range of machinery and equipment
- Attitude to be grown and developed by a very supportive team

The salary for this role will be between £24,960 to £29,900 per annum based on 2080 hours (annualised hours) and assessed against qualifications and experience.
