Overview:
The Office Administrator will support the smooth running of The Richmond Golf Club by managing membership processes, coordinating events, and handling day-to-day administrative tasks. This role works closely with the Club Secretary/General Manager and various departments to ensure accurate records, efficient communication, and a well-organized club environment.
Description:
Office Administrator, The Richmond Golf Club
Salary – £35k - £40k + Staff Gratuity
Full Time – 39 Hours per week
Reporting to – Club Secretary/General Manager
Duties (including but not limited to):
- Liaison with Accounts to deliver the subscription run
- Handling all initial Membership enquiries
- Co-ordination of Membership interviews
- Management of Membership database (Club Systems)
- Management of Waiting Lists and Subscription Income Forecasts
- Society Bookings and Liaison with Operations Team
- Preparation and Management of Club Diary
- Preparation and Management of Function and Event Sheets
- Preparation of paperwork for Board and Committee Meetings
- Telephone & Email enquiries management
- Telephone Switchboard Operation
- Issuing Reciprocal Letters of Introduction
- General Administrative Tasks – Filing, Photocopying etc..
