As Assistant Clubhouse Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering world-class hospitality that reflects and enhances the club’s prestigious reputation. Key Responsibilities

- Lead and inspire the food and beverage team to deliver seamless, high-quality service across all clubhouse areas.
- Ensure every member and guest receives an experience that reflects the club’s world-class standards.
- Oversee daily operations of the bar, restaurant, and member events with professionalism and precision.
- Collaborate with management to plan and execute club functions that uphold the club’s reputation for excellence.
- Support staff development through hands-on training and mentoring, fostering a culture of pride and performance.
- Maintain full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Proven supervisory experience in high-end hospitality environments, ideally within private clubs or luxury venues.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and a drive to exceed expectations at every opportunity
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proactive and enthusiastic approach.
- Professional, confident, and personable demeanour.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and key club occasions.

Contract Details

Full-time position: 40 hours per week

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
