Erskine Golf Club is a well-established and highly regarded 18 hole golf course. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of course presentation year-round and are now seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Greenkeeper to join our dedicated team.

The Role:

As Assistant Greenkeeper, you’ll support the Head Greenkeeper and wider team in the maintenance, development, and daily preparation of the course. This is a hands-on role that includes mowing, bunker work, irrigation, machinery use, and general course maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Carry out routine golf course maintenance duties to a high standard

- Operate a wide range of turf care equipment and machinery safely

- Assist in course preparation for competitions and events

- Undertake renovations and project work as required

- Follow all health & safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

- Previous experience in greenkeeping or turf maintenance

- NVQ/SVQ Level 2 or working toward (desirable)

- PA1, PA2, PA6 spraying certificates (advantageous)

- Good timekeeping, reliability, and a strong work ethic

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends

Salary: £27k plus paid overtime
