Woburn Golf Club is part of the Bedford Estates with three championship golf courses, offering first class hospitality. Catering for individual members, to small gatherings of golfing friends, to larger corporate events for up to 220 guests. We are currently looking to recruit a highly motivated Duty Manager to join our clubhouse team on a full-time basis.  If you are looking for an opportunity to further your career in hospitality, whilst having a much sought after work life balance, then look no further!

As a Duty Manager, you would be responsible for the effective operation, supervision and training of our employees within the Bar.  Your duties would include, ensuring the delivery of excellent food and beverage hospitality.  As required, you would be responsible for supporting and managing the front of house operation within our restaurant, function rooms and banqueting facility.

We are looking for an excellent team player, who can create a positive environment, supporting, motivating and developing the team to maintain and build on our exceptional levels of hospitality.  Excellent communication skills and a track record of working to a high standard and achieving results is necessary, together with proven supervisory skills gained within a hospitality focussed environment.

Please note that you will be required to work some late evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays. Locking up the clubhouse facility will be required when covering afternoon/evening shifts, as a shared responsibility with the management team.

Due to the location of Woburn Golf Club, you will require your own transport.
