Les Bordes is one of Europe’s most prestigious private estates, located just 90 minutes from Paris in the heart of the Loire Valley. A unique blend of luxury, community, and activity, the estate is home to a renowned private golf club, a stunning collection of residences, and an upcoming Six Senses Resort and Spa.

We are seeking an Experience Manager to lead the Experiences department and provide exceptional, out-of-the-ordinary experiences for our guests, delivering the highest levels of service while adhering to operating standards at Les Bordes. This pivotal role will oversee all leisure and wellness activities, collaborating closely with all departments to design and execute exceptional experiences across the estate.

The Les Bordes Estate includes:
✔ Three internationally top-ranked golf courses
✔ A range of food & beverage options (Clubhouse, Pop-up Restaurant, Room Service, Catering to private homes)
✔ 39 guest cottages near the Clubhouse
✔ Pro-shop, offices, and golf operations
✔ 21 Cour du Baron private residences with a rental program
✔ Pop-up Spa and Yoga platform
✔ Gym in the Clubhouse
✔ Equestrian centre and recreational activities (paddle, tennis, children’s adventure park, electric go-karts, petting zoo)

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead the Experiences department to deliver extraordinary guest experiences, exceeding expectations
✔ Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of leisure, wellness, and recreational activities
✔ Oversee the operation of food & beverage services, guest accommodations, and recreational facilities
✔ Design and manage a variety of activities and experiences across the estate, ensuring guest satisfaction
✔ Ensure the highest service standards and smooth operations across all guest-facing activities
✔ Actively contribute to the creation of bespoke and unique experiences for guests
✔ Maintain a positive and proactive attitude, setting an example for the team
