Pineapple Valley Golf Club is a premier 5-star golf and lifestyle destination located in Hua Hin, Thailand, renowned for our championship course, top-quality dining experiences, and strong international community. Our property features an 18 hole world-class golf course, elegant clubhouse facilities, a refined restaurant, vibrant Irish pub, and a high-end pro shop.

Annually, more than 40,000 rounds are being played by a mix green fee players and loyal members enjoying golf and the enthusiastic community. Since the inception of our golf club, we have been awarded multiple times as the Best Golf Experience in Asia Pacific and named Best Golf Club in Thailand by international travellers, which is a testament of our focus to give our members and clients unmatched experiences.

We have strong ambitions to further grow our golf and lifestyle destination, and we therefore are seeking for an exceptional General Manager to lead Pineapple Valley Golf Club.

Key Responsibilities:

Golf & Club Operations:

- Oversee all golf operations, including course quality, clubhouse, pro shop retail, and member relations.
- Ensure course quality meets international standards year-round.
- Ensure alignment with international golf standards and guest expectations.
- Collaborate with the Head of Operations and Marketing on programming and events.

F&B & Experience Management:

- Maintain and elevate the reputation of all F&B outlets with strong operational oversight and customer service excellence.
- Lead special events (dinners, tournaments, corporate events) that enhance community loyalty and attract new business.

Business Management:

- Full responsibility for all departments (golf operations, F&B, retail, events).
- Develop and execute strategic plans, budgets, and KPIs to drive growth and profitability.
- Prepare and submit a comprehensive monthly performance report covering key performance indicators (KPI), profit & loss.
- Develop, implement, and maintain all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Golf Club to ensure operational excellence and service consistency.
- Identify new revenue opportunities and partnerships.

Member & Guest Relations:

- Be a highly visible leader — a host and connector for members, foreign guests, and domestic clientele.
- Cultivate strong relationships with members, partners, guests, and the local community.

Leadership & Culture:

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of hospitality and golf professionals.
- Foster a high-performance, guest-centric culture.
- Ensure training, development, and staff retention practices are in place.
- Uphold Pineapple Valley’s reputation for excellence, innovation, and service.

Qualifications:

- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in hospitality, business management, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in senior leadership in luxury golf resorts, country clubs or 5-star hospitality.
- Experience in leading teams in Asian countries is an advantage
- Deep understanding of golf operations, high-end F&B, and members & guest experience management.
- Strong financial acumen and operational discipline.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive financial performance.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- A natural host with a service-first mindset and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English; Thai language a strong asset.
