We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team of Greenkeepers during this exciting phase as we further develop the Golf course and grounds on Charleton Estate.

This is an excellent opportunity for the candidate to develop their career in greenkeeping. The ideal candidate will have a flexible and positive attitude to work, be able to achieve a high level of attention to detail.

Formed in 1994, we are a unique 18-hole parkland golf course in the East Neuk of Fife which is currently undergoing an extensive investment program including new machines, new clubhouse and extensive work on the course to ensure it becomes one of the premier golfing facilities in Fife.

The applicant must have their own transport and be willing to work rotated weekend mornings.

The ideal candidate will:

- Have a passion for Greenkeeping
- Understand and able to implement of agreed maintenance programmes
- Assist in the day to day running of the department to maximise efficiency and productivity
- Understand fertiliser and pesticide rates, calibrations, procedures and maintain records
- Operate all the golf course equipment
- Have knowledge of machinery set up and maintenance

Other reasonable activities/requests in relation to the management of the Estate’s facilities should be undertaken as and when required.

- Min 2 years greenkeeping experience.

- Min SVQ Turf management level 2

- Spraying qualifications

- Full driving license

- Full time position but also looking for a seasonal.

- Salary dependent on experience & skills
