As part of a world-class academy, you will play a key role in coaching and mentoring golfers of all levels. Job Responsibilities 

• Deliverhigh-quality individualandgroupcoaching to golfers of all levels, including juniors, beginners, ladies, and elite players. 

• Design tailored lesson plans and implement effective practice routines to enhance player performance and development 

• Supportthe delivery andmanagementofacademy programmes,events,andplayerpathways. 

• Collaborate with fellow coaches to maintain a positive and progressive learning environment.

• Monitor and evaluate player progress, providing structured feedback to support their goals. 

• Maintain exceptional customer service standards, ensuring professional and consistent communication with clients. 

• Represent and promote the values, philosophy, and excellence of the Tommy Fleetwood Academy at all times. 

About You 

• PGA qualified (essential), with proven experience in golf instruction or high-performance coaching. 

• Strong knowledge of golf techniques, swing mechanics, and modern coaching practices. 

• Confident communicator with the ability to engage players of all ages and abilities. 

• Passionate about player development, with a track record of nurturing talent. 

• Skilled in using technology and analysis tools in golf coaching. 

• Experienced in junior coaching and creating engaging learning environments. 

• Motivated, professional, and committed to growing the game of golf.
