Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee all golf operations including large proshop, ensuring a 5-star experience for members and guests.
* Manage golf retail, driving sales and enhancing profitability.
* Implement strategic pricing and revenue management to optimize green fee rates.
* Utilize Jones and Golf Genius software to streamline operations and enhance guest engagement.
* Lead and develop a professional team to maintain exceptional service standards.
* Develops ongoing training programs

Ideal Candidate:

* PGA-qualified professional with international experience and a strong background in luxury golf operations.
* Proven success in growing revenue through rate management and retail business.
* Experience with Jones and Golf Genius software for operational efficiency will be preferred.
* Strong leadership, business acumen, and a passion for delivering a world-class golf experience.
* Preference will be given to candidates with experience in enhancing caddy services
