Cotswold Hills Golf Club - situated in the heart of the Cotswolds on free draining limestone brash. The club dates back to 1902 and moved to its current site in 1976 and is due to celebrate 50 years at this location in 2026.
 
The team running the club is committed to a programme of continual course improvements as well as enhancing the standard of course presentation for its members. To continue to deliver quality results we will be employing an extra member of staff. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join a skilled team and develop their career. The successful candidate will join the current team of six in preparing, what has become, one of the finest golf courses in the area.
 
 
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the day-to-day maintenance of the golf course
- Ensuring that all working practices are conducted within Health & Safety guidelines as laid down in the Club’s working document
- Maintain a courteous and timely service to members and visitors
- Undertaking specialist training and education courses as and when required
- The position is full time permanent, with a requirement to work 1 in 3 weekends

The ideal candidate will have:
- A positive, motivated, can-do attitude
- Will have a minimum of 3 years practical experience in a greenkeeping position with excellent technical skill set
- Must be qualified up to a minimum of NVQ Level 2
- Spraying certificate qualifications desirable
- Driving licence
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team or alone
- Strong attention to detail and pride in their work
- A strong knowledge of Health and Safety requirements relating to greenkeeping
