Waterton Park Golf Club is a private members' club located in Walton, Wakefield. Established in 1995, the club features an 18-hole championship course and extensive practice facilities.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Greenkeeper to join our dedicated team.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

- A high level of attention to detail
- The ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Flexibility to accommodate early starts and weekend work
- A solid understanding of greenkeeping principles and practices
- Experience in fertiliser, wetting agent, and chemical applications
- Competency in operating and maintaining a wide 0range of turf machinery

Essential Requirements:

- Proven experience as a greenkeeper
- NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Sports Turf Maintenance
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Desirable (but not essential) Qualifications:
- Chainsaw certificates (felling and cross-cutting)
- Knowledge of irrigation systems (maintenance, repair, operation)
- Spraying certificates: PA1, PA2, and PA6
