History

LIV Golf launched in 2022 as an eight-event ‘Invitational Series.’ 2023 saw the inaugural LIV Golf League host 14 events around the world, from Adelaide to Chicago, Andalucía to Singapore, as well as launch the game’s first Team franchises, captained by some of golf’s most decorated superstars.

The format, respecting the history and traditions of the game, has been optimized for modern day sports fans; 3-days, 54 holes, no cut, shotgun start, offering a faster pace-of play to drive engaging storylines and offer an immersive fan experience.

The events, each wholly owned and operated by LIV Golf and broadcast around the world to over 300million homes, deliver a family-friendly environment, festival-style atmosphere, evening concert entertainment and world-class competition; a combination that is unique to the world of golf.

In 2024, LIV Golf will further expand the reach of the League, splitting the schedule between some of the most iconic venues across Asia, Europe and the Middle East with decorated venues in the US. The full player pathway, created in partnership with the Asian Tour, also launches, with the game’s first ever player Promotion and Relegation, and Player Transfer Window, as the holistic integration of LIV Golf is fully delivered.

Role Objective

We’re seeking an eCommerce Manager to oversee our eCommerce website and the applications associated with it. This person will work with both our internal team and external web development agency to execute all website updates, including product launches, redesigns, third party application implementations, and site optimization.

Responsibilities

Build and update new website collections and product pages, including customized landing sites for teams
Track and analyze website KPIs, and work to optimize our eCommerce experience
Liaise between our internal team and external web agency to continue refining the site, updating designs, and launching new landing pages
Merchandise site to optimize conversion rate and user experience
Oversee management of front-end site and maintain data integrity between internal systems
Work with the creative team to establish asset needs for product launches and seasonal product changes implemented on the site
Research and implement personalized design for return users as appropriate

Experience

Experience with Shopify and Contentful is required
2+ years work experience in product management or eCommerce, ideally at a consumer brand or Shopify web agency

Required Skills

Strong technical aptitude with competency in Microsoft Excel and high comfort level in working with data to distil a message
Strong understanding of the consumer mindset, consumer empathy, and dedication to great consumer experiences
High attention to detail with a quantitative approach to problem solving
