The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in editing, a deep understanding of the game of golf, and the ability to manage a team of writers and reviewers. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the editorial team, providing guidance and feedback to writers and reviewers.
- Edit and proofread articles, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and coherence.
- Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and editorial guidelines.
- Collaborate with writers to improve content structure and enhance readability.
- Conduct fact-checking to verify information and ensure credibility.
- Generate fresh ideas and angles for golf content.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, news, and developments in the golf industry.
- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth content production and publication.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an editor, preferably in sports or golf-related content.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong knowledge of golf, including rules, techniques, and current events.
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality content.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
