The Golf Club Schloss Miel, located in Swisttal, is ranked among the Top 10 golf courses in Germany and is looking for a passionate and experienced Greenkeeper (m/f/d) to join our team and help maintain our beautiful grounds starting on March 1, 2025.

About Golf Club Schloss Miel:  
 
Our 18-hole course, designed as a parkland layout, offers a stunning setting with numerous bunkers, water hazards, and a unique, over 200-year-old collection of oak trees. The heart of the course is the historic Schloss Miel, dating back to 1768, while our clubhouse and restaurant are housed in the historic coach house, located next to the castle. Every corner of our grounds exudes history and elegance.
 
To maintain our excellent reputation, we offer a state-of-the-art fleet of equipment, giving you as a Greenkeeper everything you need: from our Toro mowers to John Deere utility vehicles and small tractors – we have all the tools to make your job easier and more efficient!
 
 
Your Responsibilities:  
Maintenance and care of our 18-hole golf course, including greens, fairways, roughs, and bunkers  
Operation and upkeep of our modern machinery and equipment  
Landscaping and tree maintenance to preserve the unique character of our grounds  
Team collaboration to ensure the high standard of care and quality across the entire course  
Your Profile:  
Several years of experience as a Greenkeeper with solid knowledge of common maintenance tasks
A passion for the outdoors and a love for working in a high-quality, well-maintained environment
Team spirit and the motivation to deliver top performance every day
A valid work permit within the EU or the willingness to obtain one independently
