GREENKEEPER

Littlehampton Golf Club is a vibrant member’s golf club, located on the South Coast and is the only true links course in West Sussex founded in 1889.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and hardworking individual to help maintain and elevate our already high standards. You’ll be hands-on in all aspects of course maintenance, working both individually and as part of a supportive and experienced team. The position is predominately working outdoors in all conditions with an early start.

Key Qualifications:

- NVQ Level 2 in Sports Turf Maintenance or equivalent or qualified by experience
- PA1, PA2 and PA6 spraying qualifications are beneficial but not essential
- Proven experience as a greenkeeper
- Team Player
- Although not essential, a playing background in the game of golf would be advantageous
- Full UK Driving Licence

Responsibilities:

- Carry out all golf course maintenance tasks to a high standard
- Support the team in maintaining exceptional course conditions
- Be flexible, especially around major competitions and peak periods

Working Hours: 39 hours per week
Weekend morning rota
Bank Holiday morning rota – day off in lieu given

Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum dependent on experience.
