Rougemont-le-Château Golf Course

The Golf de Rougemont-le-Château was created in 1990. It is an independent golf course that has nearly 600 subscribers and many visitors from neighboring border regions.

Owned by a team of local entrepreneurs, club members and enthusiasts, this golf course aims to assert itself as the most beautiful course in the region. In 2022, the route was completely redesigned by Danish architect Caspar Grauballe.

In order to continue this dynamic, we are now looking for a Greenkeeper to take charge of the maintenance and evolution of our journey.

Your Main Missions

- Ensure the maintenance and daily preparation of the course and training infrastructure.

- Manage and coordinate maintenance operations with the support of the field team (gardeners + mechanic).

- Support the implementation of innovative tools, including the use of robotic lawn moans already operational on the site.

- Supervise and contribute to renovation projects: reconstruction of two greens, a departure and the practice, planned for the coming year.

- Guarantee the quality of the game and the aesthetics of the course in compliance with environmental standards, safety rules and player expectations.

Profile Sought

- Training and proven experience in maintenance of golf courses or high-level sports areas.

- Knowledge of modern practices in agronomy, watering, mechanics and robotics of moring.

- Ability to work in a team, to manage, to invest in an ambitious and innovative project.

- Autonomy, rigor and sense of initiative.
