Keep the Course Flowing – Join Our Greenkeeping Team

Love working outdoors? Interested in golf, sports turf, or practical hands-on work? Whether you’re starting your career or bringing experience, this is your chance to learn, develop, and help keep our championship courses in top condition.

Golf or sports turf knowledge is a bonus (even from playing), as it helps you understand what goes into maintaining a great course, but it’s not essential. Plumbing or other trade skills are also valuable.

Your day-to-day

- Maintain, repair, and improve irrigation systems
- Diagnose and fix performance issues quickly
- Assist with installations and upgrades
- Work closely with the lead technician & greenkeeping team
- Ensure all work is safe, high-quality, and efficient

What we’re looking for

- Practical, can-do attitude & problem-solving mindset
- Attention to detail and pride in your work
- Good communication & organisation
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Background in golf or sports turf is a plus, but not essential
- Even an interest in playing golf can be helpful
- Plumbing or trade experience is welcome
- Own transport required (location not served by public transport)
- Driving licence preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £23,000.00-£28,500.00 per year
