Harleyford Golf Club is a stunning 72-par, 6,903-yard downland course located near Marlow in Buckinghamshire. Proudly rated among the Top 10 courses in the county, we are entering an exciting new chapter with the installation of a state-of-the-art irrigation system, including fairway coverage, scheduled for this winter.

To support our ongoing course improvements and maintain the highest standards of presentation, we are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Assistant Greenkeeper to join our talented greenkeeping team.

The Role:

Reporting directly to the Course Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day maintenance and development of the course. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional seeking a rewarding and progressive career in greenkeeping.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Assistant Greenkeeper
- Solid practical greenkeeping knowledge and skills
- Competent in operating a wide range of turf maintenance machinery
- Understanding of general course setup and preparation
- Reliable, punctual, and highly motivated
- Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable (Not Essential):

- PA1, PA2, and PA6 spraying certificates
- Ability to play golf to a reasonable standard
