The Role:

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for excellence and a flair for strategic management? The Royal Malta Golf Club, a prestigious and historic institution, is seeking a General Manager to oversee its operations, drive growth, and uphold its reputation as one of Malta’s finest sporting venues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operational Leadership: Manage the day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments, including golf course maintenance, clubhouse services, and event coordination.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and revenue generation strategies to ensure the club’s financial sustainability and growth.
- Member Engagement: Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment, maintaining strong relationships with members and addressing their needs with exceptional service.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the club’s offerings, attract new members, and uphold its esteemed reputation.
Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of professionals to deliver excellence in all aspects of club management.
Event Management: Oversee the planning and execution of tournaments, social events, and functions that reflect the club’s high standards.
The Candidate:
