Join England’s most exciting, newly developed golf club as our Golf Operations Assistant and play a vital role in delivering exceptional golf experiences to our members and visitors.

About the Role:

This exciting, hands-on position offers the perfect opportunity to gain comprehensive experience across all aspects of golf operations. You’ll work closely with our Golf Operations Manager and General Manager, supporting daily operations while developing your skills in this dynamic environment. This is a full time position.

Key areas you’ll be involved in:

Office Administration – Supporting membership processes, tournament preparation, and tee time management
Driving Range Operations – support operations of our practice facilities to the highest standards
On-Course Duties – Working as First Tee Starter, Golf Course Marshal, and operating our drinks buggy service
Competition Support – Assisting with golf events, tournaments, and special club occasions

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

- Active golfer with comprehensive knowledge of golf rules and etiquette
- Understanding of World Handicap System (WHS)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekends, bank holidays, and varying shifts
- Valid driving license preferred

Desirable:

- Previous experience in golf operations or hospitality
- Knowledge of golf software systems
- MS Office proficiency
