Are you a personable and organized individual with a passion for golf and ensuring an exceptional experience for players on the course? Foxhills Collection is currently seeking a dedicated Starter Marshal to join our team and contribute to the smooth operation of our golf facilities at our prestigious establishment. This position will be on shift from the afternoon and evenings.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome golfers as they arrive at the course, providing assistance with check-in procedures and tee time assignments
- Manage the flow of golfers on the course, ensuring timely and efficient starts and adherence to tee time schedules
- Monitor pace of play and provide gentle reminders to players to keep pace with the group ahead
- Communicate course policies, rules, and etiquette to golfers, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for all players
- Assist with managing golf carts, driving range usage, and other course amenities
- Address any player concerns or issues in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a golf or hospitality environment
- Passion for golf and a basic understanding of golf etiquette and rules preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively manage multiple tasks
- Specific availability to work afternoons and evenings.
- Flexibility to work shifts including early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Basic computer skills for processing reservations and transactions
