Are you passionate about golf course maintenance and management? Do you have the skills and expertise to oversee the care of a prestigious 18-hole championship course? Golf and Country Club Elfrather Mühle, designed by the renowned architect Ron Kirby (former Jack Nicklaus course designer), is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to lead the upkeep of our esteemed course.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing the daily operations of the golf course to ensure optimal playability
- Maintaining the highest standards in course presentation and condition
vOverseeing all aspects of golf course management

Including:
1. Planning resources and materials
2. Staff scheduling and team management
3. Maintenance of machinery and equipment
4. Irrigation system management and upkeep
5. Leading project planning and implementation
 
What We’re Looking For:

- Formal qualification in sports turf management or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Greenkeeper
- Leadership experience as an Assistant or Head Greenkeeper (preferred but not essential)
- Strong command of English
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A solid understanding of the game of golf and its requirements
