Your Role: We are seeking applications for Qualified Greenkeepers.  Experience in the use of turfgrass maintenance equipment is required, although full training will be provided.  We are looking for highly motivated, flexible individuals with a passion for golf course maintenance who will thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment. Applicants must have a minimum of two years’ experience at a golf course.

What We Are Looking For:

- Experienced professional: Minimum 2 years’ experience in greenkeeping, with a relevant qualification.
- Turf care expertise: Passion for maintaining healthy, high-quality playing surfaces with knowledge of course set-up, turf maintenance, seeding, and construction with the ability to operate a wide variety of cutting and turf-care equipment.
- Operational skills: Full, clean driving licence essential, with strong awareness of health & safety, environmental best practices, and industry regulations.
- Problem-solving mindset: Capable of identifying turf issues (e.g., pests, disease, irrigation) and implementing effective solutions.
- Attention to detail: Committed to maintaining excellent course conditioning, playing standards, and presentation across greens, tees, fairways, rough, bunkers, and course furniture.
- Team player: Reliable, hardworking, and respectful with excellent communication skills.
- Positive mindset: Cheerful, courteous, and adaptable with the ability to work under own initiative or as part of a team.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work Willingness to work flexible schedules, including early mornings, weekends, and varied hours when required.
