Overview:
The General Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the club's operations, by ensuring the club's facilities and services are delivered to the highest of standards. The role demands a proactive and hands-on leader who understands the uniqueexpectations of a private membership environment and can maintain the club's strong sense of community and tradition. The General Manager will report to and work in close collaboration with the Club Captain and management committee.
The successful candidate will join a forward thinking, diverse, friendly and aspirational club, and must be capable of leading a team that is committed to delivering a sports and hospitality facility that exceeds the expectations of members, visitors, and guests.

Nestled in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park, The Boat is one of Scotland’s most admired inland golf courses — designed by the legendary James Braid and renowned for its charm, challenge, and breathtaking Highland setting.
We’re now looking for a visionary and hands-on General Manager to lead the Club into its next exciting chapter.
