Description:

Blankney Golf Club is a parkland golf course set within Blankney Estate in Lincolnshire, established in 1904.

We are seeking to expand our dedicated team by recruiting an additional full-time Greenkeeper. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for maintaining high-quality playing surfaces and contributing to the continued success and development of our club.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day maintenance of the golf course to the highest standards under the direction of the Head Greenkeeper.

• Assisting with turf care, mowing, aeration, and general upkeep

• Supporting the implementation of seasonal course improvement projects

• Safe use and basic maintenance of machinery and equipment

• Contributing to the overall presentation of the golf course and practice facilities

• Adherence to all health and safety procedures

Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience in greenkeeping or grounds maintenance preferred

• Ideally qualified to level 2 and holding relevant spraying and/or chainsaw qualifications (not essential)

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work as part of a team

• Flexible and willing to work early mornings and weekends is a requirement

• A genuine interest in golf and turf management
