Scottish golf is looking for a Pathway Development Officer to join their Performance Team

Do you have a passion for developing talent and building strong relationships across the golfing community?

Working at the heart of Scotland’s performance network, this role will collaborate with Scottish Golf teams and a wide range of stakeholders — including Areas & Counties, players, parents, coaches, Foundations and sportscotland — to create a strong and aligned regional system that underpins national success.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and committed team player, an excellent communicator and a relationship-builder who can also work independently. This role will play an instrumental part in connecting regional delivery to national objectives, ensuring Scotland’s performance pathway is robust, sustainable and effective.

The salary band for this role is c. £27k - £30k per annum.
